Terms & Conditions

By booking a Tour, Experience or Transfer with Southwest Experience and Tours, via phone, email, booking system, contact us form, or otherwise, you have agreed to the following terms & conditions of (Luxury Voyage co T/A Southwest Experience and Tours).

Pricing and Payment:

·       Full payment is required in full at the time of booking. Payment will be accepted by our online booking system or by alternate arrangement by contacting our offices: phone (0404888124) or email bookings@southwestexperienceandtours.com.au.

·       Bookings are not deemed final until a receipt has been issued by us.

·       All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

·       We reserve the right to, at any time, increase or decrease advertised prices for our tours.

·       A booking fee of 1.7% will be charged for all credit card payments.

 

Cancellations:

For all bookings made with Luxury Voyage co T/A Southwest Experience and Tours the following conditions apply:

  • If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please notify Southwest Experience and Tours as soon as possible by phone (0404888124) or email bookings@southwestexperienceandtours.com.au.

  • Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

    • between 0 (day of tour) and 14 days before the tour: no refund

    • 14 -28 days before the tour: 50% of the full tour price paid.

    • 28 days or more before the tour: 100% of the tour price paid per person less non-refundable processing fee of 5%

    • In any instance of cancellation, speak to us first. Alternatively, you can email us to change the name on the tour and gift it to someone else (or make them pay you back) – this way it doesn’t go to waste and a friend or family member can go in your place.

 

Cleaning fees and Damage:

·       Vomiting in the vehicles will incur a cleaning fee. That fee will be the cost to have the vehicle professionally cleaned, minimum of $500.

·       Spilling drinks in the vehicle will incur a $500 cleaning fee.

  • We reserve the right to charge your credit card without authorisation from you to cover the costs for any damage incurred by you or by guests you booked.

 

Additional Tour Information:

·       Luxury Voyage Co reserves the right to terminate a tour due to intoxication of any participant or any anti-social behaviour

·       Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase and are non-refundable.

·       Tour prices are subject to change without notice. Confirmed bookings will honour the booked price.
